I had one of the worst experience in my life at LA' Ibiza concept. I bought a pair of shoes (190euros), then I wore them for a couple of hours. I realized the inside part of the shoe (insole) was partially gone. I could see the glue of the shoe. I went and told them. The lady was very nice, offered to replace it for a new one (although since the insole is not sewn to the shoe it will happen again). She didn't have a second pair so she offered to fix it and I should come back in 2 or 3 days. That was a little inconvenient for me since I wasn't staying in Ibiza town and I was leaving in 2 days. I asked for a compensation. Then she called her boss. A very rude Italian tall guy showed up later making my nightmare start. First he said 2 or 3 days to fix it, I asked for a compensation, he offered me a 30% discount in another pair of shoes in the store. I said yes and I had another pair on when he said "NO! I don't give you any discount for this!" pointing at the inside part of the shoe. He said "that's nothing" which I replied that that was not normal for a 200euros shoes, at what he answered "200 is nothing, 900 is expensive, 200 is nothing!" Then he left the store with the shoe, no explanation. Then he comes back and said "come!" I followed him to the store next to his, which was a shoe repair. A very nice man was repairing my shoe, and told me that it was probably going to happen again since the quality of the glue was very bad. Once the job was done I came back to LA Ibiza concept. Then I asked again for a discount due to the inconvenience and the hour wasted in that store. This man said "ok give her 20 euros but do not ever come back to my store" I was very surprised by this reaction, I felt humiliated. Then she gave me 20 euros, and when I was ready to leave he took from my hands in a very rude way the bag with my shoes, and said "you know what! give her all the money back! I don't want you in my store!" I couldn't believe what was happening. I live in the United States where the costumer service is stunning, I am not used to see this, not in the US, not in my country, Spain. Unfortunately the story didn't finish here. Me and my friend left with the money back. Once we are outside I open my bag and see an iPhone (not mine) in my bag, my friend said it wasn't hers. So I came back to the store and said "this iPhone was in my bag" which he responded "oh yes, it's mine," I left very surprised. How that iPhone could get inside of my bag? my bag was close!!! a friend of mine suggested that this guy from the store might have put it inside to sue me after leaving the store. That is a possibility that is completely out of my understanding. I do not know what happened but I feel I needed to share this horrible episode of my life so other people can avoid this store in their visit to Ibiza.
